Eventinterface is partnering with the Arizona SciTech Festival in the production of a planning workshop, educating festival partners on how to plan successful festival events. The November 4th workshop is hosted at the new state-of-the-art conference facility at SkySong III in Scottsdale, AZ. Attendees will learn about collaboration, event management and marketing.

Al Wynant, EventinterfaceAl Wynant, Co-Founder and CEO of Eventinterface, is one of the featured workshop presenters. Wynant will be sharing his knowledge of how to produce successful events. He will focus on event goals, logistics, collaborations, attendee management, security and sponsorships. In session two, Wynant will share his knowledge about event marketing. Participants will learn how to reach and grow their audience, and what other tools and services are available to successfully promote events. Information, worksheets and resources will be shared, and participants will leave with the confidence and the tools to put on and market a successful event.

The day will also feature an interactive discussion with successful Arizona SciTech Event collaborators who have produced effective events based on diverse community partnerships. Speakers include Odette Moore, Economic Development Research, City of Chandler; Mike Mackowski, engineer, Orbital; AIAA officer; and Dr. Linda O'Dell, Gila County School superintendent. Moderating the panel discussion is Dr. Jeremy Babendure, state executive director, Arizona SciTech.

Registration is $20 per attendee and includes all workshop materials and lunch. Pre-registration is required. Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m. with the workshops starting at 8:30 a.m. The event will end at 1:30 p.m.
