Abstract submission guidelines:

Submissions due: April 1, 2008

All presentations in the conference must be an original contribution that is not published elsewhere. Selected members of Workshop Scientific Committee will review the submitted abstracts and make decision on acceptance starting March 1, 2008. The Workshop accepts both oral and poster presentations, but number of oral presentations will be limited.

Please prepare your abstract following the style and format described below:

  • Length: Abstract text body should not exceed 300 words
  • Letter type and font: Times New Roman, font size 12, except for the title in font size 14
  • Line spacing: single
  • Alignment: justified
  • Title: Capitalize first letter of each word in title.
  • Authors information: Spell out both first and family names of all authors with first name first. Indicate each author's affiliation with unit and organization names, city, state/province, and country. Provide the presenter's email address, in the line immediately followed by the author information.
  • Keywords: List 4-5 keywords.
  • Text body: Please be concise and do not exceed 300 words.
