AGTA GemFair™ Tucson Information

For your convenience, AGTA has arranged preferred hotel rates for 2009 AGTA GemFair™ Tucson. Offering some of the best hotel rates in Tucson, these participating hotels were carefully selected to provide a range of facilities to fit any budget.

Please review hotel reservation guidelines before reserving your room. You must agree to these guidelines before confirming your reservation.

AGTA GemFair™ Tucson Credit Card Information Requirements

Credit card information is collected as part of the registration process. Information is submitted to the hotel as part of your hotel reservation. No charges will be made to your credit card prior to your arrival. You will need to present a valid credit card for payment of room, tax and any incidental charges upon check in. You cannot make a reservation without a valid credit card.

If during the reservation process you provide us with a card expiring prior to your arrival, then you will be called within four weeks of your arrival to provide an updated card with an expiration date past your departure date. Failure to provide an updated card may result in a cancellation of your reservation.

Refer to Cancellation/Change Policy for authorized charges to your credit card in the event you cancel your reservation after the cut off date.

Cancellation/Change Policy:

Please cancel your reservation no later than December 19, 2008 5pm PST to avoid penalties. In the event you cancel your room past the cancellation date a one night stay penalty per room cancelled will be charged to your credit card. Charges will appear on your credit card as "A6 Consultants, llc" In the event of a no show, you will be charged a one night stay to the credit card you have provided in this reservation. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the AGTA GemFair™ Tucson Travel Headquarters directly via e-mail at info@a6consultants.com or by phone at 1-877-624-7225 ext. 200. (International callers use 520-624-7225 ext. 200), 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. DO NOT contact your hotel directly to cancel or change your reservation. Doing so may result in additional penalties.

Complimentary Shuttle Service for AGTA Buyers and Exhibitors

Most AGTA Preferred Hotels are served by a free shuttle service to and from the AGTA GemFair™ Tucson at the Tucson Convention Center. Schedules will be posted in the lobby of each AGTA Preferred Hotel that offers complimentary shuttle service. Parking near the TCC will be a problem, we recommend that you use the shuttles when provided.

AGTA GemFair™ Tucson Preferred Hotel Information and Reservations

To reserve your hotel, please visit "reservations". A complete list of hotels, including hotel details, pricing and up-to-the-minute availability can be viewed. To make a reservation for the hotel of your choice, click the “book it” button by that hotel. You will be required to provide contact and credit card information. A credit card number must be provided to secure your reservation.

WARNING: Once you select your hotel, you have 10 minutes to complete your order. The online reservation system blocks rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wait longer than 10 minutes to make your reservation, the room you selected may no longer be available in the system. In the event you receive an error message upon check-out, you can start over, select a hotel and room type. In many cases you will be able to book at the same hotel; in some rare cases you may have to select a different hotel.

You may book up to 4 hotel rooms per visit. You can return to the site to make additional reservations. Unless specified, all room and/or bed types cannot be guaranteed until arrival time. The online reservation site has been optimized for use with Internet Explorer, Netscape and Safari. If you are using a different browser, you may experience online booking issues. All reservations for this event will be made via master list. You will receive a specific order number and a confirmation e-mail with Reservation Summary that can be used as your hotel confirmation. Your confirmation e-mail will arrive shortly after you have booked your room at the address provided with your reservation. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. Make sure to allow e-mails from customerservice@eventinterface.com. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail contact the AGTA GemFair™ Tucson Travel Headquarters directly via e-mail at info@a6consultants.com or by phone at 1-877-624-7225 ext. 200. (International callers use 520-624-7225 ext. 200), 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, your room may not have been booked.    

Upon check-in, provide the hotel with your last name and event name “AGTA GemFair™ Tucson”. You must also provide the hotel with a valid credit card and a government issued picture ID upon check in.

Hotels require completed reservations by December 19, 2008. Hotels have limited availability; we cannot guarantee any rooms until you have booked your room.

Flights and rental cars

Flights and rental car searches and bookings available online only through partner website. Once you have booked a flight or rental car you must deal with that company directly. A6 Consultants, LLC can not interact with any airline or car rental agency on your behalf.
