Connor Butler is Relevate's innovation expert and managing principal. Connor became the leader for innovating the way construction work is done during his extensive career at Intel. He has created a client- centric approach that excels and applied it as the foundation for how Relevate operates. He is passionate about High Performing Teams, leadership development, and creating project cultures of continuous learning. He is an expert in Last Planner, team building, IPD project organization and commercial agreements, as well as applying traditional lean manufacturing to construction. He has a long list of successes as a leader in Construction Projects, some of the most notable ones are: First major BIM implementation at Intel, Corp. First IPD contract at Intel -modifying a project already in flight and delivering $42M in savings on $720M left to spend in 7 months. First IFOA contract negotiation in the EU- as part of a project turnaround in Ireland. 42% reduction in project duration- Israel by aggressively focusing on reliable workflow and applying lean principles.
