Over nine months into the new Biden Administration, and with COVID-19 still active, employers face a number of new compliance issues. The White House announced a plan that, among other things, requires companies with over 100 employees or with government contracts to require COVID-19 vaccinations, with OSHA enforcing the rule, and companies need to follow the OSHA 300 requirements to investigate and report COVID-19 cases. Companies need to review their practices and implement risk management strategies and tools to help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and protect the Company’s interests. Join Employment, OSHA, Construction, and Litigation Attorneys Julie Pace and Heidi Nunn- Gilman as they share compliance strategies and tools for construction companies to utilize to help ensure that the company is in compliance and is addressing the major employment risks.
