Be the Difference

Our LeadingAge members have shown an outstanding dedication to enhancing the lives of older adults so that they may thrive as they age. Join us with your peers for motivational and educational sessions that explore how you can continue to excel in the aging services field and continue to Be The Difference in the lives of older adults.
When ready to submit your presentation, scroll to the bottom of this page. Enter your email address. You will be asked to set-up an Eventinterface account if you do not have an account. On the next page, enter the Primary Speaker's contact details and add additional co-authors if needed. Then upload your presentation from your computer. Click on "Add Files" and select your saved presentation from your computer. Once selected, click "Start Upload." Next enter the title of your presentation, select the topic from the dropdown and presentation type. When ready to submit, click "Submit Presentation."
The LeadingAge Arizona 2016 Annual Conference held at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center, June 1 - 3, 2016. Your submission should be the summary of your 60-minute session.
From CEOs to direct line staff, our participants have come to expect the most current and highest quality of information and training. The annual conference attracts over 200 professionals who are experienced and knowledgeable in the field of older adult services.
Level of Knowledge
Since our participants have been in the field for a number of years, they are looking for a more advanced level of training. Please keep this in mind when designing your program.
All presentations are intended to educate. Presenters are not permitted to sell or promote any specific product or service. The following topics are considered appropriate:
To be included in the review process, all proposals must be submitted by December 18, 2015.
The 2016 LeadingAge Arizona Board will review all submissions. Those that offer highly interactive shared-learning approaches are especially preferred. Submissions will be evaluated to ultimately develop a high-quality, interactive, well-balanced, shared-learning education program via the following criteria:
