ABOUT WORKSHOP WEEK

We're all looking for connection. We're looking for ways to improve ourselves. We're striving to reinvent the way we do business. And we're trying to make an impact and have purpose in this new normal.

This June, Beyond Sport will bridge current physical divides with a digital experience that will harness the expertise, participation and inspiration of our entire global network across 150+ countries.

Workshop Week will be an interactive time to connect, improve, reinvent and create solutions to current and future social and business challenges together. And we'll make sure to leave room for some fun, with virtual happy hours, speed networking and some fun physical activity to keep us all moving.

HOW WORKSHOP WEEK WILL WORK


Taking place across the week to accommodate different time zones and focuses, sessions will be educational, expansive and inspirational shaped in collaboration with our partners and with the input of our diverse global network. Attendees will be able to drop in and out across 4 tracks of content all underpinned by the key topic that unites us: purpose

INDIVIDUAL IMPROVEMENT TRACK

Performance coaches and leadership experts will run sessions featuring:

- Maximizing performance while maintaining mental wellness

- Succession planning for C-Suite executives

- Diverse and Inclusive leadership driving business outcomes through social impact

- Dealing with adversity in a complex world

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRACK

Leaders in business and nonprofits will share expertise on topics like:

- Virtual ways to engage your beneficiaries, participants or fans

- Business continuity planning

- Innovative fundraising

- Identifying opportunities for consumer engagement, driving revenue streams or innovating content in a more digitally-driven world

- Developing a sustainability plan and model

- Driving high employee and business performance


INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS TRACK

Experts in sport will share views and advice on key topics including:

- The sport sector post COVID-19

- How is purpose-based sponsorship and marketing leading the way

- What does a truly inclusive sport industry mean

- Cause marketing in a virtual world

- Activating your brand through community engagement

- Re-envisioning partnerships in this new normal

SOCIETAL IMPACT TRACK

Inspiring changemakers will focus us on key issues like:

- The challenges and opportunities for sport and purpose in a post COVID-19 world

- Meeting the needs of low socio-economic groups

- Sport's role in mental health and well-being

- Sport's role in the STEM education crisis

- Utilizing Major Sporting Events in social impact

- Using the UN SDG framework to unite healing communities around shared Global Goals

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

- Once selecting the 'pass' you would like to purchase under the 'register' section above, you will be directed to a sign up page where you will need to create an account. After you've entered a login and password, you will be taken to the checkout page where you will enter your payment information. Upon completion of payment you will be directed into the Networking Profile Page.

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TICKETS?

- If you are purchasing a package of 5 passes and do not have all the details of each attendee, please select from the dropdown menu where you can duplicate your details for the other passes, ensuring you use your own email address for each pass. As the pass holder you will then need to email events@beyondsport.org with the confirmed names ahead of the event.

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER I COMPLETE MY REGISTRATION?

- Once you have purchased your pass/passes you will be automatically taken to a Networking Profile page – here you can interact, network and request meetings with other participants ahead of Workshop Week, view event updates from Beyond Sport and use this page to share content with existing participants!

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE NETWORKING PAGE?

- You can return to this networking page at any point in the lead up to the event so make sure you save the link and your login details so you can access all the information!

- A week before the event you will receive further information on how to access Workshop Week using our exciting online platform.
