OUR PROGRAM

Eventinterface UserCon will offer two concurrent tracks with sessions focused on meeting planning, attendee engagement, implementation of technologies to manage conferences, overviews of new regulations and GDRP compliance, diversity, marketing and event operations.

REGISTRATION

Early pre-program announcement registration is available for meeting and event professionals, speakers and coaches at $399US. Registration will increase to $475US on March 17, 2018.

INCLUDED

Registration includes access to all workshops and materials, and content post-conference for sessions you could not attend. Networking events, two breakfasts, breaks and one lunch. Entertainment and complimentary use of Wi-Fi.

CERTIFICATION EXAM

Eventinterface Primary and Additional Users may sign up for the annual certification exam. Registration includes training materials and exam (Wednesday, May 16, 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.)


We are thrilled to host our conference at the ART , a hotel, a venue that will inspire you, located in Denver's energetic Golden Triangle neighborhood. The hotel is within walking distance of eight must-visit museums, and countless entertainment options. Conference room rates are $229 per room, plus tax and fees. The conference room rate is available until April 25, 2018 and is available three days pre- and post-conference.

TRANSPORTATION

Getting here is easy. Fly into Denver International Airport, and take the A Line Train into the heart of downtown Denver Union Station for $9. The conference hotel is located  just 1.5 miles from Union Station and is easily accessible from the station via taxi, shared-ride services and public transportation.
