GDPR Compliance and Your Events. Are you Ready?

On May 25, 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR goes into effect. This regulation in EU law is designed to protect data and the privacy of all individuals within the European Union. It outlines the rules around the export of personal data outside of the EU, giving control back to individuals over their personal data.

Planners hosting events and using online technologies and apps to manage their events will be affected by these new regulations, especially when European attendees participate in your conference hosted outside of the EU.

It is very important for meeting and event planners to understand the implications of this regulation and understand what needs to be done to be in compliance. Our interactive webinar will address this topic with Ms. Ruth Carter, an expert attorney on the new regulation. Join us on Thursday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain time for this very important complimentary webinar. Register today.
