Eventinterface is a startup company offering event based software solutions that help planners manage events and engage attendees. Our technology platform is used by Associations, Corporate Meeting Planners, Nonprofits and Institutions to manage conferences, seminars, incentive events, tradeshows, festivals and fundraising events. Our office is based in Tempe, AZ.

Opening 1: Sales
Success Factors:

  • - Master the use of Eventinterface and company CRM software;
  • - Meet and maintain sales volume;
  • - In cooperation with the leadership team evaluate pricing strategies;
  • - Assign team members to support planners and monitor deliverance;
  • - Maintain relationships with clients;
  • - Maintain and develop industry knowledge by attending events, reviewing industry publications and being engaged in our community;
  • - Perform tasks in a timely and precise manner;

Opening 2: Meeting Planner Relations
Success Factors:

  • - Master the use of Eventinterface and company CRM software;
  • - Respond to planner and attendee inquiries and resolve requests with provided resources in a timely manner;
  • - Learn from planners you work with and communicate possibly software enhancements to the team;
  • - Maintain and develop industry knowledge by reviewing industry publications and being engaged in our community;

Opening 3: Social Media Intern
Success Factors:

The role of the Social Media Intern will be to learn about the Eventinterface brand while assisting co-founder with the development of social media campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You will learn how to develop successful campaigns and employ strategies. Prime candidates will posses enthusiasm for technology, marketing and social media. Prior courses in marketing or business administration welcomed. Comfort in working via Skype, email and telephone and a good understanding of computers, software, and mobile technology is a plus.   • - The Sales position is commission-based with other benefits as outlined below.
  • - The Meeting Planner Relations position is salary based with opportunity for added commissions and other benefits as outlined below.
  • - The Social Media Intern position is not salaried; however the individual will benefit from a flexible schedule, use of amenities, Lunch and Learn events and ample opportunity to network.
