Geoffrey is a Managing Director and leads the Healthcare Equity Capital Markets practice at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focuses on advising private and public healthcare companies on the strategy and execution of equity and equity-linked financing transactions.
Geoffrey has raised more than $75.0 billion in equity and equity-linked securities in more than 400 transactions during his 17 year career. Before joining Wells Fargo, Geoffrey was a Director at Lazard, where he was a founding member of the Alternative Capital Finance group. He joined Lazard from Cowen and Company, where he was a Vice President in the Private Equity group, executing private equity and PIPE transactions.
Prior to Cowen, Geoffrey worked as a consultant to the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), where he was involved in the development and management of advanced research programs.
Geoffrey earned a B.A. in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University, an M.E. in engineering from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University Johnson School of Management.
