Laila Cook graduated from Willamette University with a B.A. in Politics and received a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Portland State. In her early career, Laila worked in education at Willamette University and Catlin Gabel School before dusting off her magic wand to work for Make-A-Wish. For over fifteen years, Laila has been working to grant the wishes of children with critical illnesses. As the CEO for the Oregon chapter, Laila was named to Portland Business Journal’s Forty under 40 list. Laila is also a proud mother of a six year old.
