Human Trafficking & Customer Service

Whether Valet or Bellmen, Housekeeping or Room Service, Front Desk or Concierge, or management team, it is attentiveness and customer service that is demanded at every level in our industry.  On Monday, October 17, make plans for your staff participate in two important industry workshops.

Recognizing Human Trafficking, in cooperation with the SAFE Action Project, O'Connor Institute and Sojourner Center, will train team members on the warning signs, how to respond, and what to report when individuals are being exploited.

Delivering World-Class Customer Service draws on the expertise of local Les clefs d'Or USA designated concierges, who will provide insight on deducing guest preferences, handling disappointments and uncomfortable requests, as well as best resources for "staying in the know" on new attractions, restaurants and events in the area.
