Step-by-step instruction are below. You have completed your registration once you click the Submit button on the third screen.
1. Select “1” next to “Attending – August 10 Session”
2. Enter your email in the box in the Email section
3. Click the gray bar “By Continuing You Agree. . . “
4. Enter your email and password
a. Note: You will need to create a password, if you do not already have an account.
5. Click Sign-In
6. Enter your Practice Name
7. Click “Submit”
