Topic: Accelerating Post-Merger Integration for Success

MSSBTI is hosting the first of many forums on transformational topics, June 6, 2017 from 8am-11am. Our topic is Mergers & Acquisitions: Accelerating Successful Integration. This forum is for C-suite executives and executive teams.

According to many expert sources for a merger/acquisition to be successful, 75-80% of the value is identified and actioned in the first year. Good planning and timely execution will avoid leaving value on the table.

Our team of expert panelists have been selected based on their wide experience in M&A integrations. Together, they bring experiences from hundreds of M&A projects ranging from Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies to mid-level and Private Equity turnarounds. They have led acquisitions, driven value realization, led IPO’s, managed organizational development and human resources and sold companies. They will share their war stories and methodologies and present how they have overcome challenges to ensure successful results.
